I declare it a tradition. For two years now, my bestfriend and I make it a point to not miss Hot Air Balloon Festival, no matter how much it takes. It’s our way of escaping the adult world. Its the nearest we can have of Disneyland. So here’s some of the pictures from last week’s 17th Hot Air balloon fest :)

There’s a huge wave of zombies attacking.

I told you, we escaped. The best “walk out” photo! haha!

I was kind of expecting a little sun that day, but the sky stayed gloomy! Sayang outfit! :))

Imagine if i had to blow balloons these big. Oops!

More fun in the philippines, eh!

Got jealous so I took a pic of it. I miss how my dad use to carry me on his shoulders when I am too small to see the world. :)

Good thing it isn’t my birthday or else I would have to blow the candle this big!

Chase Crew. They’re like the toy cars my brother used to play back then.

I wish I could be this balloon. Genuinely happy, twinkling eyes, no traces of worries. Just a sunflower.

So after all balloons flew, we started to walk, sit nearby kids playground and saw this kid trying to do head spin. So cute!

See how I am amazed? Yeah, that day, I was in a whole new level of happiness!

I want to be like this kid ( I think I envy too much, right? haha!). Well aside from he’s cute (All kids are!), he really wanted to slide down. Just a few seconds of sliding and you can see this big smile already. Small things make you happy. And even if he cannot walk just yet, he still tries to climb up the slide (with the help of his yaya).

Because her mom is just inches away from us, I heard her call this little girl by her name. Aiza(or Aissa?), she’s like the little me. She was quirky, having fun, playing with every kid around the slide, doing cutie patootie poses in front of the cam, and look, I caught her taking photos too. Yeah, she’s the little Ivy!

The story of the little balloon. Nica: “Do you know how much that costs?” Me: “No. But it’s cute! Lets just take a picture.” I came closer (but still a little far from the person holding it), try to find the angle and took this photo. Little did I know that the guy holding this is posing for a picture! Ultimate photo bummer! Hahah!

Bestfriend ever. Still waiting for the “Friendship Highway” photo taken from her cutie fat lens named Lofi! <3
